Not the first time selections are questionable (too many in this game for me) shouldn't have rested both of Gunners & Meek. Sam didn’t look happy at Presso, (possibly thinking, “that’s one that got away)! Dimma is a multi-premiership coach for a reason.
Mick- did you think Cam Mack had concerns with his injured hand?
Ditto re Cyril….. Was devo when he retired early, brought so much joy, a generational player who was and will always be a legend of HFC.
Would like to see Hill debut this year, definitely has some X-factor. Will be sad to see Serong and Rama at other clubs next year.
Michelle, I thought the same thing about Cam Mack so I'll be interested in what Mick thought about this possibility and whether he was a bit apprehensive with his hand coming back.
After Saturday's game against the Lions, I believe that Cam Mack's hand has certainly played some sort of part and impacted to a degree in his ability to play both on a physical and mental level ... I mean he actually had to have surgery on it, and perhaps it's all part of Sam leaning towards the theory of young players learning to play under duress, but it may have been too soon and added to his lack of confidence that probably had led to his frustration of being subbed out of the game early ... your thoughts Michelle?
Interesting take on Cam Mack this week. Me thinks a run in the 2’s for a few weeks will be good for him. Definitely a player of the future so not at all worried about his prospects. What do you think of Ward’s efforts? For me, he is not damaging. Would like to see Sam Butler back in the team given he now seems to have midfield attributes. Change is warranted as we are at sea on many fronts……

I watched a video this morning on Watson up against Meek.
Wowee, he didn't break his clutches.
I just shook my head and thought, How in the hell did he stick that.
He's going to cause headaches for opposition coaches for years
What a magnificent choice it was to select a small, young Watson.
He'll be putting bums on seats for years to come
Another first rate pod guys.
This is why I love Hawks Insiders 👏
You blokes are brilliant 🤎💛
