Your article was a great read and stroll down memory Lane. To be honest I had forgotten all about Malaxos. Hoping there is a lesser light on the list who is yet to get their chance. Would love that to be Paul Dear. Who doesn't love a legendary goal kicker and they are even better when they wear Brown and Gold.
Watched these two legends in the forward line in Dunstall's first season. Mathews was top dog and it was hard for Jason to find a role to fit in but he obviously learned a lot about being the key forward at the top level. He performed well in Leigh's absence and never looked back.

Just look at the rest of the names in the “ Ressies” this is why we were always at the games by half time in the reserves watching the future .
