The most insightful part I thought was Will’s change as to how to become a leader. It’s a trap we (supporters) fall into (as do young players) expecting them to become leaders before they know their game. As the club motto says “spectemur agendo“ - let us be known by our actions - is a sound footing to develop your leadership skills.
