In his new column for Hawks Insiders, ‘Browny’s Banter’, 2008 Premiership player CAMPBELL BROWN assesses our fast start to the season and gives his thoughts on former teammate Cyril Rioli.

While it’s been a great start to the year for the mighty Hawks, my expectations on our season haven’t changed too much – they are bit tempered.

I think North Melbourne are clearly the worst side in the competition so it was great that we knocked them over in the opening round (and so we should have).

The win over in Adelaide against Port was quite a surprise but when you look at what Port has dished out this year, well, maybe they're not as good a side as we thought they were.
